Gazpacho

Ingredients

8 Large tomatoes - skinned

1 Large yellow onion

1 Large green pepper

2 Large cucumbers

2 cups Tomato juice

¼ cup Red wine vinegar

¼ cup Olive oil

3 cloves garlic, pressed

¼-½ teaspoon cayenne

1 tablespoon cilantro

Directions

Chop all ingredients to desired consistency
